Capital O Hotel Herederos, Piedras Negras

Its location is marvellous & awesome, just next door to Piedras Negras for the past 3 years on a regular basis and the city center and restaurants. All the staff members are fairly friendly and immensely pleasant.

The room was updated and brand-new and the beds where comfy. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson.

Well, Wi-Fi was horrible.

I loved how close I was to Plaza de las Culturas, perfect for leisurely strolls, and I appreciated that Macroplaza II was just a short walk away for outdoor enjoyment.

The location is perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The standard room was cozy and well-equipped. The staff was super friendly.

Family with children, not quite perfect

The free breakfast was delicious,, we had omelets and pancakes on demand,. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed extra towels, even though they could've been a bit more attentive.

The price wasn't exactly dirt cheap,, but considering the experience,, it was still reasonable.

I stayed one night with my family and was really let down. They didn't honor the price I booked. Had to pay more than double, and now there's an extra $100 charge a month later. On the bright side, the place wasvery comfy and tidy. Just make sure to double-check your reservation before arriving.
